  • Chicken, pasta and creamy sauce

Dessert options

  • Mashed banana or
  • Soft/purée pear or
  • Apple, seedless grapes, melon or
  • Custard, semolina

Drink

  • Milk – breast or formula, or water

Mid-afternoon options

  • Crackers, cheese, yogurt or
  • Fromage frais, rusk, semolina or
  • Rice, banana and custard

Tea

  • Baked potato and cheese or
  • Pasta and tomato sauce or
  • Vegetable bake

Bedtime

  • Milk – Breast or formula

When making homemade baby meals, add a knob of butter and some milk to correct the consistency and to add energy to the meals.
