Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Pasta

If you are making a family dinner this is a nice fast option that will keep everyone happy!

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Serves 4


  • 175g wholeweat pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 130g broccoli florets
  • 3 cooked chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 100g of grated Cheddar cheese


  1. Cook the pasta in a saucepan of simmering water for 12-15 minutes, until it is tender.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and simmer the onion and garlic on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped chicken to the frying pan and cook for about 8 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile steam the broccoli.
  5. Drain the pasta and return it to the pan.
  6. Stir in the onion, garlic and broccoli. Add the yoghurt.
  7. Serve with the cheese sprinkled on top.
