Competition Rules & Conditions
- This competition is only open to residents of the Republic of Ireland.
- Only one entry per person will be considered valid.
- All entries received with all correct answers will be entered into an open draw for our competition prize.
- Entries will be judged in two categories.
- The top prize of €2,500 will be awarded to the first complete and correct entry drawn which has been submitted by an adult (over 18 years of age).
- The remaining prizes will be allocated to the next 20 correct and complete entries.
- There are no alternatives to the prizes offered.
- Each entry must be accompanied by full contact details for the entrant.
- If preferred, entries can be made by post by completing the online entry and then printing out and posting the entry form before submitting online. Entries can be posted to: 'Farmed in the Republic of Ireland' Competition, The National Dairy Council, 28 Westland Square, Dublin 2.
- The National Dairy Council is not responsible for any delay in the receipt of entries due to the postal system or technical difficulties.
- The organisers of the competition reserve the right to publish details of competition winners.
- No purchase is necessary in order to enter this competition.
- Receipt of entry shall be deemed to be acceptance of these rules and conditions.
- Failure to comply with these terms and conditions or receipt of incomplete entries will result in disqualification. The National Dairy Council reserves the right to amend these rules and conditions at any time.
- A reminder that the closing date for receipt of entries to the NDC is 5pm on Monday 30th November, 2009.
- Winners will be notified by 18th December 2009 and results of the competition will be posted to the NDC web site.
- This competition is not open to employees of the National Dairy Council or their direct relatives.
- This is a fun competition with the final winner selected based on a free draw from completed questionnaires. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, the organising team have no responsibility for errors or omissions which may have occurred.
